As VON progresses, I have to admit. I am amazed how hard it is for the monks to define the elephant. The market has definitely matured. Some Companies have retrofitted their solutions into VoIP, but most are on their second / third generation of IP solutions. Alternatively some startup strategies are also here, but its becoming harder to find the VoIP in the Software AaA Service [SAAS] and Communication As A Service [CAAS] models.
